Challenge:
A client already provided wired internet access in the conference rooms of their hotel. Now they wanted to provide wireless access to the majority of the hotel.
Solution:
WeWillFixIT provided a detailed plan of action including the equipment to be implemented but as the building itself was very old, the option of utilising a false ceiling to conceal the equipment was not possible. So we cabled the exterior of the building and installed Netgear POE Wireless Access Points with Range Extenders and concealed them so that they would not be on display.
The Result:
The Hotel now offers Wireless Internet Access to not only the conference rooms but all guest bedrooms too.
Challenge:
A London Marketing Agency required a total revamp of their rather dated website. They also wanted a incorporate a Content Management System that would allow their staff to log in, make changes to both text and images and also allow them to upload marketing resources.
Solution:
WeWillFixIT provided the Client with a totally new web site designed using the latest web development technology. Their new CMS system allows them to update their client base in “real time”. The data card upload system has saved them immense time and pressure, thus releasing their resources from scanning and emailing to their previous site provider who would then manually upload the data.
The Result:
A very happy marketing company with a new user friendly website for their customers and themselves.
Challenge:
WeWillFixIT were approached by a company who required some general IT maintenance. They had no permanent IT support as no-one was specifically recruited to this role as they managed to get by resolving the small issues that came with a small network themselves. However there came a point when they realised that they could no longer cope!
Solution:
WeWillFixIT completed a full company computer audit, which involved gathering information from every connected piece of equipment on the network. We also carried out a audit on both the physical security and security of the electric data along with a backup audit.
The Result:
Upon completion of the various audits, we supplied the customer with a report of our findings and guided them through the recommendations. We gradually implemented the recommendations which ranged from security vulnerabilities to implementing a fully automated Data Backup. The customer now has a maintenance contract in place and is happy in the knowledge that should they experience any interruption in the future, they only have to call one telephone number and we will be there to fix it.
