In 2008 British Expats, Colin Thomas and Dan Garner, established We Will Fix it to provide a reliable, professional and cost-effective property maintenance service for customers across Dubai. Fueled by the frustrations of notoriously unreliable technician’s and unnecessary multiple visits – Colin and Dan strove to create a maintenance service that thrived on exceptional customer service, ensuring that well-trained technicians were sent to complete the job right – first time and guaranteed.

 

Since that time, We Will Fix it has grown to become one of Dubai’s most reliable independent maintenance service companies. Still overseen by Colin and Dan, and managed by a skilled team of British trained Operations and Bookings Managers, We Will Fix It has now completed nearly 150,000 jobs for more than 33,000 customers in communities throughout Dubai.

 

In 2018, a new arm of the business was created – Essential Maintenance annual contracts. Using the experience gained from many years supporting customers across Dubai, Colin and Dan have developed simple annual maintenance contracts to cover the essentials. The Essential Maintenance team deliver with the same level of customer service and workmanship that customers have come to expect from the We Will Fix It team – 24/7, 365 days a year.
