Fueled by the frustrations of notoriously unreliable technicians and unnecessary multiple visits, Colin and Dan strove to create a maintenance service that thrives on exceptional customer service. That means appointing well-trained technicians who have the necessary knowledge and skill to address the root of any issues and provide long term, accurate fixes.

Since that time, We Will Fix it has grown to become Dubai’s most reliable independent maintenance service company. Still overseen by Colin and Dan and managed by a skilled team of highly trained Operations and Bookings Managers, We Will Fix It has now completed 180,000+ jobs for more than 40,000 customers in communities throughout Dubai.

EFFECTIVE ANNUAL MAINTENANCE

In 2018 a new arm of the business was created – Essential Maintenance annual contracts. Using the experience gained from many years supporting customers across Dubai, Colin and Dan developed simple annual maintenance contracts to cover the essentials. The Essential Maintenance team delivers the same level of customer service and workmanship that customers have come to expect from the We Will Fix It team, also offering 24/7 emergency support 365 days a year.
