The work was carried out thoroughly and I was informed about the noisy motors in the kitchen and kids bedroom (which will need to be replaced.) I asked for less Dettol to be used during the cleaning process to avoid the strong chemical smell in the house which was adhered to without any problems.

The WWFI team arrived on time, had all the required equipment with them and knew exactly what to do. They were friendly and professional and answered all my questions patiently.

Low quality work is not worth it in my opinion. In the long term you might actually spend more on multiple call-outs and repeated repairs. So yes I would say that the service overall was cost-effective.

In general I always prefer to pay a higher price once and know that the work will be carried out at the highest standard, rather than “save” my money and choose a cheaper company.

I thought the price was justified for the thorough service. I trusted the team and the quality of the work and knew that every unit would be checked for possible problems which would then be followed up.
