Our annual maintenance contract includes around-the-clock emergency service for any AC, plumbing and electrical issues that may come up throughout the year, as well as access to our customer service call centre at any hour of the day 365 days a year.
Our comprehensive 14-step AC inspections and maintenance service, which includes full assessment, disinfection, troubleshooting and resolution, is performed quarterly. With our AC maintenance service, we also repair any issues that come up throughout the year.
Our annual service is performed by certified technicians and includes checking for loose wiring, overloaded circuits, and potential fire risks, as well as remaining on standby for any ad-hoc repairs and emergency issues that come up throughout the year, also covered in your contract.
Our thorough plumbing annual inspection is done by experienced professionals and includes checking for hidden leaks, clogged drains, faulty fixtures, and water pressure issues. Any other plumbing issues that may come up throughout the year are included in your emergency cover.
As soon as ## community members are signed up we will credit your account with 10% of the value of your contract. This credit can be used for any of our other services (handyman, painting, coil or duct cleaning, etc), any parts required for repairs during routine services/checks, or as credit for the following year’s renewal.
To protect privacy and maintain confidentiality, we do not disclose the names or specific details of residents who have signed up. However, you can see the total number of sign-ups on our progress tracker on this page by selecting your community above.
If the community does not reach the ## sign-ups needed by the deadline, the bulk discount will not be applied. However, we encourage you to share this offer with other members of your community to help achieve the goal.
We will notify all registered participants via email once the community has reached the necessary number of sign-ups. Additionally, you can always check the current count using the progress tracker.
Annual contracts are based on the number of AC units in your property. You can use our quote calculator here to work out the cost for your villa. A monthly payment plan is also available.

Communities are defined as entire community complexes, such as Emirates Living, rather than individual subdivisions – like Springs or Lakes.
I just wrote a casual email for my account manager yesterday, also assuming she might not be working on Jan 1st, and asking if any teams are around my area in next few days and could drop by at my villa to adjust water heater temperatures.
