I just wrote a casual email for my account manager yesterday, also assuming she might not be working on Jan 1st, and asking if any teams are around my area in next few days and could drop by at my villa to adjust water heater temperatures. Small minor job and not an urgent at all. After 30 min of my email I got a call asking me if team can come in next 1h. I was like wow, this is super!
